Identify the protected work, the specific material you believe infringes it and the exact page or result URL where that material can be found. A general reference to the home page is usually not enough to locate the issue.

Generated results may be temporary or stored only in a user’s browser. We can act only on material or records we control or can reasonably identify.

• Your name and reliable contact details.
• A description of the copyrighted work or other right involved.
• The exact URL or information needed to locate the material.
• An explanation of why the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may request additional information, restrict access to identifiable material, preserve records required for a dispute or notify the affected user. We do not decide complex ownership disputes and may ask the parties to seek appropriate legal resolution.

If you believe material was restricted by mistake, contact us with the original notice reference, an explanation and supporting rights information. Restoring content may depend on applicable law and the status of any legal proceeding.

We may restrict users or requests associated with repeated infringement, knowingly false notices, attempts to remove lawful material or other abuse of the reporting process.
