AI Sexy Outfit provides free, no-login AI virtual try-on tools that combine a person photo with a clothing reference. Features, availability, usage limits and output quality may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service without guaranteeing continuous availability.

You retain any rights you hold in images you upload. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit submitted material solely as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested Service.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights and informed consent for every uploaded image, including permission from any identifiable person shown.

• Uploading or creating sexualized, exploitative or otherwise harmful content involving anyone under 18.
• Creating non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, impersonation, defamation or deceptive content intended to harm others.
• Uploading illegal content or material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Attempting to bypass safeguards, disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, scrape at scale or access systems without authorization.
• Using generated content for unlawful discrimination, fraud, blackmail or other illegal activity.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unrealistic, biased, incomplete or visually inconsistent. Outputs are for creative visualization and are not professional advice or a guarantee of how clothing will fit in real life. You must review each result before publishing or relying on it and clearly disclose AI alteration when required by law or context.

The Service, interface, branding, software and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in our technology or branding are transferred to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information and uploaded images are handled. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, reputational harm, or misuse of uploads or outputs.

We may block requests, restrict access or cooperate with lawful investigations when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. We may revise these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
